I bought a car from you August 2023 and thought it was reliable until I went out to start my car the other day and it didn't start.I knew it was battery or starter.i called u and you were able ro get me in at 1:15 to get it fixed.i was not told about the diagnostic charge until I already had my car towed up to you guys.I was not happy with that charge almost 200 to tell me I needed a new battery which I already knew.I agreed to it because my car was already towed there.I am satisfied at the timeliness of your staff.I just thought next time the customer should know of all charges prior to the visit if possible.Thank you again
