Overall an amazing experience!

Great

I had an oil pan replaced because it was stripped. I felt it was Bergstrom���s fault because they were the ones doing the oil changes before. I didn���t feel it was my fault ! After I paid the bill and took off my brother tried calling the service manager twice, but no response. It would���ve been nice if management would���ve given us a call. .

Staff was very nice and the service was done when they said it would be. Great job

Waited one hour and 15 minutes for a routine oil change. Did not get the notification to pay via text and was paid at the desk. As a result, my points did not register. Last time I checked in with the App and then was told not to do that until service was complete. I understand using technology can have its advantages, but in my experiences thus far I say no way. I will most likely go back to my local FORD dealership to get my oil changed where it takes half the time and with no technology hassles.

I was told prior to scheduling tires it would take 1-2 hours. This turned into an all day event. I then got the bill and it exceeded my quote due to ���shop supplies���. I would highly suggest you include shop supplies on quotes as I would have gone elsewhere for tires as they INCLUDE shop supplies. Just another experience at bergstrom where the dealership is not open and honest. This is why many people don���t buy at bergstrom.

I was given an appointment for the next day after I called. I was told it would be about 2 hours and I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was very pleasant.
