Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection completed very well and inner action with staff was very smooth. I do have one problem: Bergstrom pushes its service customers to pay online with a credit card and then you charge a 3% fee for using a credit card!! This is ridiculous. The online process takes longer than paying at the dealership and forcing customers to pay with a card and then charging a 3% fee is just unacceptable. I am a healthcare provider and our office never has felt the need to charge a fee to our patients when they use a credit card to pay their charges. I will most likely get my vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future.
