Confirmed Service Customer
Waited one hour and 15 minutes for a routine oil change. Did not get the notification to pay via text and was paid at the desk. As a result, my points did not register. Last time I checked in with the App and then was told not to do that until service was complete. I understand using technology can have its advantages, but in my experiences thus far I say no way. I will most likely go back to my local FORD dealership to get my oil changed where it takes half the time and with no technology hassles.
