Confirmed Sales Customer
First off our salesman Alex was very nice. We test drove the car and we enjoyed it. We worked out the numbers through email and we agreed to buy it. Never questioned the price or questioned the trade-in value. When we came to purchase it, we waited for a while till Alex was ready because he was with another customer, we then started the paperwork and felt very rush because it was close to closing time. The finance person handed over all the paperwork to Alex with A iPad for him to go through with us. Everything look fine. He did ask us to sign something that he was not even sure what the form was for. We signed up because my wife was a nurse to get $500 off, which was nice, he then said he could possibly give us the $500 off but he could give us a lower interest rate that we agreed to earlier which I said great. So when we went through the paperwork, The interest rate was even lower, which I was happy about because it made our payment lower. He brought us into the area where the car was and had us look it over and make sure that there was nothing wrong with it. We were never given a tour on how all the buttons work we drove it out while they switched out the license plates because they were ready to go home, so we had to program our phones in and on the way home try to figure out what all the buttons were for. He mentioned that the OnStar needed to go through, but we never did it so not sure how that works. I even asked him how to program the exterior number pad so I can lock the doors and Alex did not know and said you probably could find it in the owners manual. So I looked through the owners manual and there was nothing there, but I reached out to a local Chevy dealer and explained and they help me out. I did find the ID card in the box. Then after two days, I got a message , saying that the paperwork was wrong on my loan. Apparently there was a mixup on my down payment, I���m sure the mixup was due to hurrying out the door. So I had to go through that again. I didn���t get too much of i���m sorry Or what can we do to make you happy for the mistake I guess in the end Alex was very nice, but I think he might need some training. All in all, I���d like the car, but wasn���t the greatest experience purchasing it
